Some of the tissues had noticeable holes in them. Other tissues had tread marks as well. Maybe the tissues are being made too thin. Also, the 800 customer service number on the bottom of the box is well camoflaged (orange on orange). The 800 number should be in white letters and larger type. "Puffs.com" and the P&G logo should appear on the bottom of the box rather than on the tab which persons immediately throw away. Some of the box designs are retro-looking and do not match many decors.

Since I took over supply ordering at our office, I have found that this 3 pack of Puffs is a better value particularly for the large quantities we use in our busy medical practice instead of ordering each box individually.

I like to get the 3-pack of Puffs at Staples. Their price is better than grocery prices, it seems. And they have had very cute (and exclusive) designs on their Puffs boxes.

I have been buying my paper products from staples for over a year using my staples rewards. Our family uses plenty of paper products so using our rewards has been a bonus for the family budget. I understand the rewards policy was changed in march of this year to require you to purchase $30.00 worth of ink or toner every 90 days in order to receive the $2.00 stable's reward for each toner cartridge that is turned in for recycling to a staple's store. Although we shop at staples and enjoy our staples rewards I'm afraid thay may have to come to an end when I do not need to buy more toner for our printer since we simply do not consume enough toner to purchase $30.00 worth every 90 days. I would like to see the rewards program go back to the way it was before the required purchase.

I would not purchase Puffs Basic ever again. They are very rough & require using 2 or 3 tissues to equal the strength of a regular Puffs tissue.
