This software will not install. Tried to return to Staples and their answer was to give me another copy that would not install. For [$], one would expect it to at least do something! While trying to work out a solution, the Staples person became very nasty. Because it is software, the only thing they will do is to continue to replace with the exact same title. What good are 100 copies of the same piece of trash if it will not install? I will not do business with staples again over a [$] piece of software. Worst experience ever.

This program will NOT INSTALL. I have windows Vista which it says it is compatible with and it isn't. During install the only thing it would do is bring up an error saying a cdh file was missing and to check that I have access to the file. No customer sevice number given in the instructions or on the box. To get the number I'm assuming you have to actually install the program. WASTE OF 5 HOURS, 50 MILES IN GAS, AND MONEY
