I purchased this by accident. I wanted a hand sanitizer but did not know this was a lotion sanitizer. My family started using it and after ONE day of use my sister noticed that the eczema on her arms was clearing. After three days of using Purell® Hand Sanitizer Moisture Therapy the eczema was GONE COMPLETELY! We were shocked. Now, why was my sister applying it to her arms? Don't ask me <grin). It is lotion, so I figure she used it as such on her body. But to have her eczema go away was an extremely pleasant surprise. I don't know if this will work on everyones eczema, but it did for my sister. It also is very nice to use as a hand sanitizer. Your hands don't dry out like it does using the water-type sanitizer. I recommend it highly! I would like to find this in a larger bottle.
