With its advanced features, this clock is ideal for your small business.

Designed for all types of businesses and industries to help better manage your office. The recorder automatically prints year, date, time and 14 very useful selectable messages. It features 2 minute setup and has an auto-punch feature, for easy single-hand operation. This multi-purpose unit is ideal for managing employee payroll and attendance, along with stamping special messages on documents such as incoming and outgoing mail. The time recorder has been engineered to work with standard time cards or Pyramid branded time cards. In case of power failure, the unit is equipped with an internal battery that provides 30-days of memory backup.

I had never set up a time clock before but, I had this one all set in just a matter of a couple minutes. Very easy to use and don't have to worry about changing the time for day light savings. This was well worth the price!

Our company purchased this machine in August 2008. It lasted under 2 years, and the stylus now malfunctions. While it did not fall apart immediately, for the price I would hope it would last longer than it did. Our maintenance person took it apart and stated it was pretty flimsy inside, so he was not surprised it had problems.

Durable- bought one directly from manufacturer and it lasted less than 30 days....much more expensive and larger item. This one has outlived the first one. It is quiet and does not click every minute either.

Easy to adjust time and date ,automatically adjusts for daylight savings time.
Nice size display. Card must be inserted quite deep into machine making it a little hard to get used to compared to our old machine, This is a very nice machine.

  The battery should not go bad as it is constantly recharging. If the unit breaks, then it would need to be replaced.

We need an automatic, electronic date/time stamp for document stamping, for a Corporate legal department. We stamp correspondence, subpoenas and other time-sensitive legal documents. Can this product stamp multiple lines, such as a first line for "Legal Department" and a second line for "Monday, November 28, 2011". And possibly a line for sub-category, such as "Labor Relations" or "Contracts"? Can we see a sample of the stamping to ensure it is large and legible enough for copying, scanning,etc?
