I bought this board to teach a small class. It cleans great, does not stain as advertised. Subtle grid helps keep things lined up if necessary. Writing surface is pretty good for what it's worth. A bit on the slippery side but it comes down to taste. I guess its because of the no-staining feature so there is less friction to absorb the marker. Great for personal use if you are a student. Comes with a marker that doesn't leave a mess or smell. I am satisfied with this purchase and have yet to come across a significant flaw.

We liked the evident quality of construction and flexibility of use. We can mount it or not, add the marker holder or not, use it on a tripod and clip or stick things to it. We use it most to write notes and illustrations for teaching.

This board was a great deal at just over $30. It was very easy to wall mount and holds very sturdy to the wall. The only negative I have is that the dry erase marker they provided with the board wasnt a very good one. Buy some new markers if you get this board.
