Product description and specs say this cork board is 4' x 3' (48" x 36"). I purchased this product to mount a U.S. Map to, and when it came I was dissapointed to see it's actually 47" x 35". The sticker on the product even says 47" x 35". I don't know why they rounded up for the description as people may need to buy a very specific size. This isn't a staples issue though, as I found the exact same product on other websites, and it's misleading there as well. I can trim my map to work, but wanted to leave a comment for everyone else so they can be aware. Just another heads up.. taking away the outer frame, actual cork surface is 46" x 32".

I love the design. Frame is "fragile", Top and bottom piece of frame is made of compressed saw dust. Mounting clips damaged mine frame. Next time I will buy 100% aluminum frame.
