The directions aren't very easy to understand. There isn't a sping in it so the screen doesn't go down easy.

This IS a quality product.
However, directions are lousy for set up.
It has a BUILT IN carrying case... not a seperate carrying case as implied in the discription. I was disappointed that there was not a carrying case to protect it.
