I was afraid because of one of the negative reviews it might not work for our office. It is very sturdy and we have not had a problem with the permanent lines or shading coming off or staining. You do need to use a white board marker and a clean eraser to completely remove notes or comments. It was a quick install and set up of names. We used velcro dots to attach a marker and eraser to the board. There is no tray. Great way to communicate to other employees when you are out of the office and when you will return.

We are very disappointed in this board. The shaded areas and lines are not permanent. The first time we went to erase the dry erase section, the shaded area erased. The shaded parts are made up of what looks like tiny plastic dots adhered to the board. These tiny dots move all over the place! It's terrible! When you slide the magnets, the tiny dots scrape off.

We are also having an issue with what seems like residual glue from the initial construction of the board retaining the color of the dry erase markers. So all along the right edge, there are red marks of stained glue that will not clean off with regluar white board cleaner. We have to actually scrape the dried glue off.

We love the idea of this board and it's general use is perfect, but the fact that the quality is so poor makes it a bad value.

We use this for our in and out board at work. We only use the magnetic part. (not the dry erase). This product is made with excellent quality! I think we have used it for over 10 years and it is still like new. I am ordering another one due to hiring more employees.

  I contacted the manufacturer an associate pulled this board and confirmed that there are no mounting squares. It comes with 2 mounting brackets 3 screw and 3 wall anchors.

  I used magnetic sheets (tem#46771). Printed the needed name and cut them to the size that fits the board. Don't need to worry about having enough of a certain letter and they stick to the board very well.
