        Make sure to read the complete description. This is just a 1 year subscription. They aren't clear about that and if you don't renew in a year your info is gone. I should have stuck with creating my own spreadsheets. Walk away!

        Seriously, I can hardly believe this: You ask how I'd rate this product? I spoke to a representative to inquire if this download would work in my application...I was told yes. I contacted Staples more than once.after the download didn't appear for days..& days after ordering. Then,the download doesnt work for our business application. AND..You directed me to Intuit which in turn after many phone calls directed me back to staples! Turns out the download version won't take backup from 2008 quickbooks. Yup wrong info. lack of service and alot of wasted money & time.
