          Just be aware that if you currently use Direct Deposit for Payroll, you will have to call and set up the new Payroll subscription step by step with them. It is very time consuming and you cannot get around it. When you call, ask for Direct Deposit support immediately or you'll get bounced around. THEY have to move your old Direct Deposit information to your new subscription. It's the only way it can be done.

              Didn't work at new install. Quickbooks said file missing. Brand new computer. They wanted to charge me to make it work and it took 2 1/2 hours to get the right tech.

                  Quickbooks Pro + enhanced Payroll - in fact I really only need to get the enhanced payroll but getting both together is about the same price as paying the annual subsctiption for payroll - so I just do it.

                          I'm sorry; the "3 User" icon was a typographical error. It has been removed from Staples.com. The QuickBooks Pro 2012 3 user is more expensive because it is for 3 users and QuickBooks Pro 2012 with QuickBooks Enhanced for Windows is for 1 user.
