Love the product. Couldn't run my business without it. When I changed from 1999 to 2002 I wanted 99 back. However I got used to 2002. I hesitated to upgrade too soon. It was so comfortable using 2002. Well, 2012 is wow dramatic. I am having a little difficulty, but I am sure I will master it. It seems to do so much more but I will reserve my judgment until I use it a little more.

I usually upgrade yearly or every other year. This time the the ability to mark an item as an "expense" disappeared. I had to wait 3 days for an email instruction, via chat on the internet. I had two failed attempts by voice, but as is always the case with Intuit, both attempts failed as I am not fluent in Hindi or Parsi, and the "help" isn't fluent in English. My last few days of registry entries didn't make it to the new version. I am looking into other products for my bookkeeping, after over ten years of Quicken.
