            This product was poorly tested before release and contains a bug. It will not let you download transactions from my bank even though Intuit terminated support for early versions of Quicken. Staples will not refund my money and intuit has no timing for when a fix will be available (the problem is known and posted as an issue on the quicken website). DO NOT BUY - it does not work!! STAPLES should stop selling defective products or refund purchase price - staples customer service told me to call quicken for a refund

                  Be aware that the Starter Edition will not import your previous quicken deluxe files. Intuit requires the deluxe or higher version to retain all of your old data. This is not clearly stated on their website or in other product descriptions.

                          The Quicken starter edition users license is for 1-user only.
                          Only one download, so you can put it on your laptop but not your desktop, or vice versa.

                          This product, Quicken Starter Edition 2013, will ONLY upgrade an earlier Starter Edition. If you have any other edition you want to upgrade you'll have to purchase one of the full editions.
