First day out of the box we used the phone in our conference room while we watched and listened to a web cast with voice on phone. Everyone gave the system high marks for clarity,volume capability and mobility.

There are few two-line alternatives, especially with DECT 6.0 technology. It's the industrial design of this that is mediocre. The graphics and architecture of interface and controls are not well thought out. On the other hand quality is high. There is good value. And it's reliable, and battery charge is long lasting. The latest model has a shiny finish which makes it even harder to see and use labels, controls, etc.

    Bought this phone because I needed a second hone line to work from home. Phone sounds clear. It's a solid heavy receiever, which I like. Not a big difference in ring tones. Cannot differeniate if call coming in from line 1 or 2. Would be nice to have different tones, so I can tell which line phone is ringing. Complicated to change from base speaker phone to handset. Had phone for 2 months now and still can't figure out how to take call off hold or pick up handset when on speaker base. Too many steps to use some of the features. It's not the obvious logical buttons. Keep instruction book handy!

      Had to purchase this phone to replace one in the set I purchased earlier. The screen ceased functioning. They system is a good one and meets our needs but we need to be able to read the screen to benefit from the features on the phone.

            There is only one problem with this telephone system: our second line won't show Caller ID information, thus we can't screen calls coming in on this line, nor have the ability to call customers back if we lost their number. I read and re-read the instructions, and can't find any explanation for this. Can you help??
