            Others cannot hear me when I talk on a headset connected to this phone. Headset works fine on another phone. Customer service has a long wait time and unusually ignorant personnel answering the phone. No customer service available via email or web.

            Reported problem as headset mic doesn't work. Was told that problem was with headset not phone. Also was told that any headset with 2.5 mm plug would work, but this one does not. I said phone was defective, customer service rep said headset was defective.

            Note that this company is Telefield NA, Inc who use the RCA trademark under license.

            Wouldn't buy another RCA phone again because of this poor customer service, and because Customer Service is only available via phone or snail mail.

                  I use this phone for a small real estate brokerage business I run from a home office. I just switched to a VoIP phone carrier that included an additional line for free (two lines). The phone has the same feel and look of phones I have used in office environments that cost well over $200. And I love the Bluetooth connectivity to my iPhone! I will definitely buy more if I need them in the future. My only small gripe is I wish the speaker phone volume could be turned down to a lower level. It is a bit loud even on the lowest setting.

                    So if I have a blue tooth enable phone can use me cell phone to answer calls that come in on my work line?

                    If so does the phone use cell phone minutes or just acts as a reciever off the phone line.

                      You can use your cell phone through this phone. It will act as the third line. It will count towards your cell phone minutes just as if you were talking on your cell phone.

                      Yes, you may answer and make calls with your cell phone using Bluetooth; however airtime is deducted from your cellular plan for the duration of cellular calls.

                      You can kind of use a bluetooth headset with this phone. This phone will recognize your cell phone as a 3rd phone line via bluetooth, and through your cell phone you can use a bluetooth headset. This phone only recognizes bluetooth enabled cell phones, not bluetooth headsets.

                      yes this phone has a speakerphone capability but does not have a message indicator light.Not expandable means you can not add more bases to the phone.
