            I use this phone for a small real estate brokerage business I run from a home office. I just switched to a VoIP phone carrier that included an additional line for free (two lines). The phone has the same feel and look of phones I have used in office environments that cost well over $200. And I love the Bluetooth connectivity to my iPhone! I will definitely buy more if I need them in the future. My only small gripe is I wish the speaker phone volume could be turned down to a lower level. It is a bit loud even on the lowest setting.

                Others cannot hear me when I talk on a headset connected to this phone. Headset works fine on another phone. Customer service has a long wait time and unusually ignorant personnel answering the phone. No customer service available via email or web.

                Reported problem as headset mic doesn't work. Was told that problem was with headset not phone. Also was told that any headset with 2.5 mm plug would work, but this one does not. I said phone was defective, customer service rep said headset was defective.

                Note that this company is Telefield NA, Inc who use the RCA trademark under license.

                Wouldn't buy another RCA phone again because of this poor customer service, and because Customer Service is only available via phone or snail mail.

                    does the duplex spkrphone allow the parties to speak at the same time without cutting each other off?

                    Can I use the spkrphone when I use the bluetooth connection on the
                    phone?

                    Does this have a 3 party conf. phone feature where I can connect two other parties to the conversation for a true 3 way conference?
                    If it does allow a 3 way party conf. call, how do you do it becuase I don't see a "Conf. Call" button on the phone.

                      Yes, the full-duplex speakerphone allows for both parties to speak at the same time. The bluetooth connection is for dialing and receiving calls only, the speakerphone can be used when connected. For three-way conference calls, use the CONF soft key above the number pad.
