I didnt find this phone difficult to set up as other people complained about. i like the speed dial memory festures on the phone base and hanset. i like the speaker feature on the phone base and handset as well. Speaker quality is average on both the base and the hanset and there is a flashing led light for a message indicator. Only complaint was We had this phone for a couple of months and my boss complained he couldnt hear me well so we replaced it with the same one and it seems to be fine, im not sure if the forst one was defective????

Though it's a nice system the back lighting interferes with action words and words to play, delete, etc... are Way TOO SMALL. We're not ants!!
Also, can't adjust ring volume lower, the lowest setting let's me hear it from across the street. TOO LOUD!!!

Nice part of this system is it has lots capacity for phone book and plenty of time for messages.

so far i like the quality of this phone the sound is clear i also purchased the headset and that is working well also. i have had it 1 week i would get again. have had many rca phones but for cordless this one is the best by far. distance is good also your free to roam and not be tied down in one office. set up was easy hooks into telephone lines direct speed dial list easy to set up. i had some problems getting headset to hook into phone but one quick call to rca they fix me right up. im thinking of getting another set up for next office.

Worst phone ever. Two second delay when answering. Not loud enough.

I was skeptical about purchasing this phone because of the reviews, I had no problem setting it up it wasnt difficult for me as the other reviewers claimed. There is a slight delay when you first pickup. This phone works very well for our small office. I love that I can use speaker on the base or the handset and that Ican transfer the conversation from the base to the handset. I find this phone was a great deal for the price I paid, I got it on sale!
