Better than AT&T. Phone,but still having issue with people herring me. Set up was not logical and required reading the manual. But over all I am happy with the. Phone, especially the Speaker.

I have only had for a short period of time, and only complaint so far is the wireless handsets that you can buy, compatible with this phone, don't give as much earphone volume as I would like. The volume level is acceptable, but a little louder would be so much more better. Keep in mind I am talking about not this exact product, but the compatible product that works with this phone allowing additional extensions to be set up on a wireless basis.

I bought this because I was not happy with the sound quality of an older AT&Tdesk phone with speaker phone. The RCA was an even worse quality speaker phone. I did not try any of the other features, since it failed the first test.
