I you are on 1 line, and another call comes in, the voicemail won't pick it up. Even though you can plug up to 4 lines into it, it can only handle 1 call at a time.

The phone seems ok, I haven't had it that long.

However, one major problem for me is that if you are using the phone, the answering machine will not pick-up on the other lines. I figured that I must be doing something wrong or that my phone was broken, but I called customer service and they confirmed that the answering machine won't pick-up if you are on one of the lines. Therefore, you have to put your call on hold and answer the second call or the second call just keeps ringing. I really can't believe the phone is made that way - what good is that? So now, I'm going to buy a cordless to use with the system, hopefully the answering machine will pick-up when I'm on the cordless.

I Also Have used this phone in a few of our locations. works remarkably well. Only one thing to take note of (and its CLEARLY Marked on the phone with a sticker when you buy it) you can not have your DSL internet on line 1. apparetnly the phones all comunicate with the same technologie as DSL so if you put line one the dsl line you will loose all your fancy functions and get really random issues. HOWEVER!! the phone has atleast two stickers that say dont do that so its clearly marked. other then that the phone works really well (you can have any other line be the DSL line but just not line one)
