We have 3 of these phones for business. I like everything about the phone except one of the intercoms to another phone doesn't work perfectly but it does work. I have had several comments on how nice the phone looks. I also like the feature that for redial it holds the last 6 calls to choose from.

This phone is wonderful. The intercom on the phone works great. The design is beautiful. The way it is angled allows you to see who is calling. The caller id lights up. BUT I purchased the additional cordless and it does not allow you to be on the base phone at the same time as the cordless. I truly do not get the reason of doing this. It is a business phone so if I am on the phone and it rings you can not pick it up from the additional cordless phone. It is a four line phone so I just do not understand why RCA would make a cordless that you could not use just like other cordless phones.

What good is a 4 line phone system if you can only use one line a a time?
