The tags are sturdy. They are handled a lot with the flipping of pages and they hold up. Type does not smear on them, either.

We use this product to make tabs for patient and personnel charts. It would be better if they can be used with all sorts of printers, but only laser ones seem to work so that the letters don't smear off. Inserting the tabs into the printer is a bit difficult to figure out.
