These clear plastic sleeves made to hold business cards are a terrific addition into your rotary file system. I've used different methods of managing business cards but I found keeping them in a rotary file is the most convenient. It allows you to add business cards to your regular rotary file contact cards without having to mutilate them to make them fit. However, they do create a problem in that the rotary card index tab dividers aren't tall enough to stick out over the business card sleeves. You can still use the alphabetized index tabs dividers but you won't see them very well. I've written to Rolodex pointing out this problem but they never bothered to respond.

    Overall I'm disappointed I can't get plain old ordinary card stock-weight refill cards. [...]Since it was all that was available, I ordered the kind with the plastic sleeves. I handwrite most of my rolodex cards so I figured anything is better than nothing and I could remove the plastic and just use the cards. However, it's not card stock, it's some kind of lightweight paper inside. After opening the plastic sleeves I couldn't get them to stay shut without tape. Maybe all the favorable reviewers only insert business cards. In that case, these sleeve things would work well.
