It's small to pick up and move around to where you want to use it at if you work in different areas. Also love the fact that each alphabet letter is separate to file and not bunched together like some are with ABC, DEF etc. Each letter has its own file area except for XYZ is together on one card.

I purchased this rolodex so that my assistant would be able to access my contacts without looking on my computer. I planned to attach business cards onto the cards provided. However the cards provided are smaller than that of a standard business card, which makes this product bad, in my opinion.

      Although I have all the info I need electronically, I find my Rolodex the easiest to use. I know where it is and it is easy to grab (just don't drop it!) to get the info you need immediately. Yes there are PDA's galore, but I always like to have my Rolodex!
