I use this for business, get a great use out of it. I've finally consolidated and organized all the business cards I've had stacked up in a pile on my desk. The only thing that bugs me about the Rolodex in general is that with the standard size business cards, the alphabet dividers become covered and almost defeats the purpose of having them so that you can find where the card was placed by name easily. They're all made like that though, was not functionally an intelligent design, but it does its job for the most part.
