Comments about Rosetta Stone® Spanish (Latin America) v4 TOTALe™ - Level 1, 2 & 3 Set:

While doing the tests, I would sometimes get a response stating I skipped questions when, in fact, I had not. A page opens without instruction as to what is expected and you can inadvertently give a wrong response. Also, after completing a section, not all the boxes are checked off that indicates you are done. Even repeating a section doesn't get a check mark.
Application disc that came with software didn't launch and I spent an hour with customer support downloading it from the Internet.
