        This machine was purchased early in 2012 for our floor maintenance. The long cord is a plus; other than that, it turns in circles; the hose disconnects itself so the dirt flies everywhere; and the noise level is most disconcerting. Another person must be in the building to listen for the phones when this machine is on, otherwise calls go unanswered. I strongly recommend hearing protection when using this vacuum.
        Suction is not overly impressive either. I use it on commercial carpet and tile floors. It takes several passes to adequately pick up the dirt.
        So far, it has been very user unfriendly and I urge any prospective buyer to consider a different product! This vacuum does not entice you to plug it in.

          We purchased this vacuum to use in our office and the vacuum is so loud you can't vacuum during business hours if you would want to talk to anyone. Furthermore, the vacuum was used 3 times and just doesn't work anymore, NO suction power at all. Would not recommend spending [$] on this product.
