Staples website states that this product (and the one in beige) will support a weight capacity of 500 lbs. The true capacity is 300 lbs. Having checked this product on numerous sites, I called Staples Customer Service to confirm weight capacity and was told that this was a different model and would indeed hold the stated weight limit. Not true. The website description needs to be corrected. If customer service personnel are given the task of providing product information, they should have access to accurate information.
Delivery was rapid and the product works well. This is a two-step design. Please note that the bottom step is considerably less strong than the top.
