The Rubbermaid Heavy Duty Cart is easy to assemble. It took me less than 30 minutes. I would suggest using a power driver to drive in the screws. That sped things up and helped strengthen the assembly. The cart is very sturdy and can carry up to 500 pounds. We will be using this cart throughout our entire church for kitchen and dining room clean-up use, moving materials for our library and Sunday School, and for carrying janitorial supplies to clean up the entire facility. We highly recommend this product.

We actually use this to hold our son's bunny cage on top and his lizard tank on the bottom. Makes rolling it outside for easy clean-ups! Nice putty color blends well in sunroom. Cleans easily.

This cart is great, I suggest using a power screwdriver/drill when putting it together. I just used man power and a screwdriver and it wasn't much fun. (I shoulda known better) But this cart is great, very durable, great construction, easy to use and has a good weight capacity. Definitely makes our life easier moving things around from place to place.
