we wanted to create a mail pickup file for our members that could be used WHEREVER we needed it.
These rolling files serve just that purpose.
They were easy to assemble, although the screws and bolts are very small, good finger dexterity is required.

Had to put this together myself, took a few hours. Then we were happy with the product, but the leg broke - the part with the wheel attached. Then had to call to get service. All I got is another parts package - now I have to take apart & put together again. If you have lots of time and nothing better to do, this is the product for you.

It's a great file. Sturdy, compac and nice loking. The instruction diagrams are difficult to follow and it is entirely too easy to strip out the screw heads using the "tools" prvided.
