I was tired of using my dining table in my tiny one bedroom apartment as a desk. I now have this desk in the corner of my living room and it's a perfect bill paying center and a place to hide the mail until I can get around to opening it. It's beautiful and I've received a lot of compliments on it. It only needed the feet screwed in and the handles screwed on, which was easy. With a dolly, I got it into my apartment alone. It is very small, so drawer space is limited, but if you have limited space and are looking for a beautiful piece of furniture and a space to hide mail, files, pens and paper, scissors, other 'desk' items, it's perfect. Has a wonderful smell of real wood. [...] Love it.

This desk was way too small ... It looked cartoonish in my home. It is too beautiful to go in a childs room but really that is about all you can do with it. Seriously NOT worth this kind of money!!!!! BTW I did not order this, someone else did who obviously didn't look at the height! (3 feet ... come on!) For this amount of money you can definitely do better!
