        Pros: Everything works well and does what it is supposed to do. The case is also made well.

        Cons: The back storage does not close on top. And it is the only outside pocket.

          First it fits my 17" laptop with ease and that was most important. I love the compartments. I use that back panel for notebooks and keep my mp3 player and headphones in the inner zipped area. Pens, chargers, and all fit easily. I use both the strap and the carry handle and both have held up during the last 6 months. I carry back and forth to the home/car/office everyday mostly, so I'm not carrying it for long. The plastic buckle that fastens the top cover broke a few weeks ago so it will not stay closed--that's the only negative I have (and I can replace that).

          Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
