      It does what it says it will do and a 15.4" laptop does fit, but no extra room. I had to get rid of a lot of stuff that was in my old bag (needed to anyway), but there is no room left over even after that. I travel heavy and frequently and should have bought a bigger, better bag. The handle seems to have a lot of slack when extended. It works, but seems harder to control while pulling. No shoulder strap.
