My husband uses these cups every morning to drive to work. He used to use a travel mug but he would either leave it in the car and it would not be washed for the next day or forget it at work. The lid stays on well and the cup is sturdy enough that his hands do not crush it. They come 50 to a pack which is convenient and I do not have to replenish every week. I used to purchase them from the grocery store and I realized buying them in bulk at Staples saved me a lot of money. I usually wait for them to go on sale or I buy them with my rewards coupons.

  Aftter researching your inquiry, it appears Senseo is actually the manufacturer of coffee products not the actual machines. Use of these cups will depend on the type of machine you have. For assistance, please refer to your owner's manual.

  These are polystyrene cups for hot beverages, they are not really designed to be used with an electric coffee maker as a brewing container, the Senseo base would probably get too hot and potentially melt the cups
