I bought this bag to take on an out of state business trip. I am very choosy about bags, and this one completely won me over on the first trip. The size is good. It's not too big or bulky but had plenty of room for my laptop, handbag, a couple of books and snacks for the flight. I liked the padded handles, but LOVED the pocket that unzips to allow attaching the bag to my luggage handle! At first I thought I wouldn't like the bag because it does not have a zipper or closure on top, but that was not a problem. The bag is deep enough and the snap strap that pulls the sides in kept it closed enough that I didn't mind it was open. Over the 4 day trip, pulling my luggage around San Francisco and onto/off the BART, and through two flights, I realized this is pretty much a perfect carry-on laptop bag! I am glad I found it!
