Comments about Staples Remanufactured Ink Cartridge Compatible with Canon BCI-6Bk, Black:
cartridge sits loosely. Does not provide the feel of a proper seal on the piston. Had to run an ink check to get the cartrdige to print correctly. Prior to that it was smearing at the beginning of printing. I'm an average user for home with teen kids who like color and photographs.
Comments about Staples Remanufactured Ink Cartridge Compatible with Canon BCI-6Bk, Black:
I bought my first of staples compatible with Canon and thought it was odd that it only printed a hand full of sheets. So I bought another one thinking maybe I wasn't paying attention, maybe I printed more than I thought. But I wasn't wrong. The only really bad part was that when I went in to buy the 2nd the cashier sold me on if I bought 3 or more I'd saved like $15 bucks so it was like getting a whole cartridge free so I did that. I bought 3. Now I have 2 that I won't use and one I still have in there but won't print correctly. The pages come out very dim, I struggle to make out what it's saying as though the ink is running out when I just replaced it. I won't by staples brand on this again!

Pay the extra dollar and buy the canon. You get more ink with the staples brand, (3mm) which may be a few extra pages of print. And it seams to be the same black as canons. It's the cartridge, I didn't like. Close, but not the same as canon, had to force it in to place. still useing it so can't say if if last longer or less. Going to save the cartridge from canon and refill it myself. Ink is a super profit item for Canon. Next machine I buy will not rip me off for ink.
