Was quoted a price over the phone from a rep, purchased it, it ended up being $6.00 more than quoted. Brought it to my office, installed it in my fax machine, and low and behold, the darn thing detached from the cardboard wind up tube, and crumpled in my machine. I had to take it out, cut out the crumpled part, and re tape it to the cardboard tube. This all happened while I was receiving an important fax. I'm very dissapointed.
