Copies often not clear or dark enough.
Product should be but is not significantly cheaper than Brother brand.
Perfectly fine for routine use, though.

This was the second batch that jammed three quarters through the the cartridge. The take up roller gets heavy and causes it to freeze. Needs better lubrication or redesigned bearings in the manufacture. You can "save" the cartridge by pulling out the spent ribbon, discarding it and then re-attaching the unspent ribbon via adhesive tape, but this is a waste of time and very messy. Better product available on the internet at half the price.

This goes into a fax machine that receives and is used for copying. The print quality resolution is poor, cannot use for anything that may have legal or finanical implications.

printing paper would stick to whatever was being copied and come out of machine have to rewind it back on cartridge finally I threw it out after already returning one box the new one did same thing I went back to using the brother cartridges
