I've had 8 surguries in the past few years, and my "Brother 1270e Fax Machine" has run out of ribbon a number of times. I've always depended on Staples to supply me with top of the line replacements, and as always they have. I would not hesitate to recommend any of the hundreds of the "Staples Line products".
