I needed ink cartridges for my fax machine badly and am very low on cash presently and was amazed at the price and then how easy it was to put in, I did forget to take the tape off but then it was easy to correct the error, and I use it to receive important information for a new job and the ink is of very high quality, dries quickly on the paper, no smudges. I plan to buy this one again, no doubt about it, it was a last minute job saver !!!

After about 8 pages printed, I noticed that the black ink remanufactured cartridge was almost empty already. I even saved a page of the printer notification for a future complaint. No problems with the new color cartridge. I will never purchased Staples remanufactured again.
