    It was easy to assemble and it is sturdy. It is little smaller than I expected. It would be nice if it was a little taller and wider.

    I bought this in hopes I could use to put clip boards in, but find the hanging bar is too wide and the hanging files don't sit right on the bars. When I move the unit sometimes the hanging files fall through. Not exactly impressed.

          This file has two levels of brackets (the "upper file frame" and the "bottom basket") that are intended to be fastened to its legs by "domed hex nuts" fastened to the the threaded ends of the brackets. Unfortunately, the "star (lock) washers" are too small to take up enough space, making threaded ends too long for the domed hex nuts to securely tighten the legs to the brackets. I'm having to go find larger washers and regular nuts in order to adequately assemble the file.

                It will fit under some desk, but definitely not all. It is 21 1/4"H if you want to measure your desk opening.
