Overall the format is nice, however I find it frustrating that they don't have a way of holding back the phone cord, it blocks the drawer from opening and closing properly. Over all the unit is nice and has good quality, the dividers in the drawers work well and I like the compartments on the top for business cards,post it notes, & paperclips. The adjustable tray for the phone works well and puts the phone at a good angle for quickly answering it when it rings. The color is nice and compliments my black phone well.

I have been looking for something like this for quite some time. I did not find it in the store, but I did find it on line. When I purchased this product I did not know that inside the drawer it has 3 divided parts, and that is even better.

We bought this unit for our business credit card terminal and it was an excellent choice. It even matches with the terminal color and the drawer is perfect to organize receipts. We are considering buying a second one for our phone.
