    I rather liked this chair when I first got it. Seat felt good. It was a bit high up, for the tall aspect of the chair, I suppose. I never found a way to adjust the seat height. But it did settle ok, and I became accustomed to the height difference.
    The problem came yesterday. I had only had the chair for about three months. I was rolling to the left side of my desk (about a foot to the left on very low pile carpet) and one of the wheels broke off. There's no way to repair it. I'm a big girl, but not near the chair's indicated capacity. Considering that this is a BIG person chair, would have expected the wheel's casters and stems to have the corresponding weight capacity too.
    Nice color and well cushioned seat don't mean anything if you can't sit it in anymore. Extremely disappointing. Will be checking into how to return.
