Q: Can this marker be used on Wet-Erase boards? Having trouble finding any of your markers that are waterbased and can be used on a black, lit menu board. Usually uses expo wet erase or sharpe water base poster marker. Help! Asked on 2/14/2012 by Anonymous Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: No, these would be very bad on a dry erase board, the maker says it is solidified paint in a stick. Not quite sure what you are looking for in water based markers, but some Expo brand can be found here: http://www.staples.com/Expo-Vis-A-Vis-Wet-Erase-Overhead-Markers-Fine-Point-Assorted-8/product_125310 The "customers who have viewed" and "...bought" boxes have some more suggestions. Q: Does this product work on soft leather and rubber, and will it stay supple or get stiff? My plan is to revitalize an old pair of tan walking sneakers. Also, how many should I order for this project? Asked on 9/9/2009 by Sleepless from Seattle Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: The Solid Marker white does work on soft leather and rubber, it will be supple with a light layer of the marker material (don’t press hard). However, if a thicker coating of the marker material is applied by pressing hard, then yes there will be a stiffer surface because there will be a layer of paint residue on top of the material that is marked.
