I bought the best quality packable pillow I could find. Thought the Samsonite name (and Staples quality) would be higher quality than a no name bought online or at a kiosk. NOPE. On its first use on an overnight flight, it took me several times of re-filling the cushion with air before I realized this thing truly did NOT hold air. It made the lovely plush cover and smart mp3 pocket totally useless. In fact, the whole thing is totally useless. Right out of the package, it did not hold air. Bad move, Samsonite!
