High Output

This compact machine, which is suitable for personal or small business use, has a monthly duty cycle of 20,000 pages. In other words, you can print 667 pages per day without putting a strain on the printer. It features a 250-sheet cassette and a one-sheet multipurpose tray. This paper storage capacity is adequate enough to handle many tasks without the need to stop and refill. It's always a good idea to keep plenty of extra paper on hand in case your child gets in a creative mood and want to produce a masterpiece.

I've had this printer for two weeks. It's my first Samsung anything, it replaced a tired Dell color laser. So far, I can find nothing to complain about. It was easy to set up, both wired and wireless and the color is spectacular. For the home user or home office, I can't think of a better solution. It's compact enough it will fit on a good sized desk but with the built in WiFi you can put it anywhere. I looked at another Dell Color Laser and looked at HP, for the expense I highly recommend this printer.

Beautiful printing, fast, true colors, but the show stopper is the horrible wireless capacity. Samsung claims it has this capability, and it does, but it continually drops offline and will not come back. I will be returning this to Staples, unfortunately, since I must have wireless capability for all the computers in the household. I am an experienced user and have set up printers on networks before, and had three lengthy chats with Samsung which were not helpful, even thought they really tried to help. Reviews on other websites confirm this is a known problem, and Samsung needs to get it fixed.
