My first printer arrived and had an error telling me to replace toner cartridge. Therefore it would not work. I thought it was a fluke and Staples promptly picked up the bad printer and replaced with another new one. I received the new one and in two days, it too died. As the technician for Samsung said went into sleep mode and 'never woke up'. Build quality definitely gone down.

After HP inkjet printers Anything would be good. But this printer is just to good for words it seams as if all Samsung products are top notch at the moment.

Prints beautifully on letter and legal size documents. Very difficult to adjust sizes of paper in tray. Envelope printing is extremely frusrating.

I bought this printer from Staples.com (along with the 2 year extended protection plan). Within 1 week the printer started making a horrible grinding noise. At first I thought it was just a paper jam, but after looking through the machine there wasn't anything jammed. I called Staples.com and explained the problem. They said they would have the printer picked up and a new one shipped out to replace it in 3-4 weeks because it was on back order. I declined waiting that long, and told them I just wanted to return it becaue of the problems. They said they would pick it up in 3-5 days...2 weeks later I am still sitting with the same broken printer. I then (by chance) was reviewing my credit card statement, and not only did Staples NOT refund my money, they actually charged me an additional $100!! Of course I called right away, and resolved the additional charge issue, but am still waiting for someone to come pick up this broken printer. I even offered to bring it back to the store, but they said because I ordered it online, they would not be able to return it at the store for me!
Garbage printer, garbage customer service! Needless to say, I will be purchasing a difference printer, from a different store!
