I purchased this product on a whim after recently purchasing a Samsung Galaxy S3 phone. Being a Samsung product, it easily paired with the phone. The instructions were almost self-explanatory. The battery life is surprisingly very good. I have not had to recharge the headset since my first charge out of the box about a month ago. The use buttons are alittle small, but you get used to them. It has served its purpose for the little money that I spent on this product. I have had comparable headsets from the phone stores and have very little success.
The negatives are an issue if you are an experienced user. The poor noise cancellation negates a VERY POSITIVE feature of the Samsung Galaxy S3 phone, whereas it has dual microphones to improve noise cancellation. I also have made some errrant call when I pressed the headphone to activate it, and it rings the last person or so that I called for no reason at all. (This may be user error.) Though the phone does recognize my voice and contacts if I use it in hands-free mode on speaker, the phone doesn't recognize a couple of names from my Contacts list when using the headset...most notably, my wife's name...A BIG PROBLEM!! Hope this was helpful. It is a good product if you are limited on $$ to spend on a better model.
