I have bought bluetooth headsets in the past for over $100. This one was one-third the price and everyone says they can actually hear and understand what I am saying. What a relief. I can hear my customers clearly. The one set back I have found is that the battery life is not quite long enough. I usually have to put it to charge at least once a day. Thank goodness it doesn't take very long at all to charge in my truck. Overall though, I would recommend this headset and the price was right.

I was disappointed to find out the people I call have trouble hearing me. I was hoping I had purchased a bluetooth that was higher quality. I do like that I don't have to charge it every day. The battery last a long time. I charge it about every three days. The problem is you can't try these before you buy. Once your purchase it you're stuck with it whether you like it or not. I don't know if I would recommend it to a friend or not, since I have to turn it off at time so the other person can hear me talk. You be the judge.

      This device is almost unusable. I say almost because it is good for listening to conference calls and Voicemail. I have yet to have a caller tell me that the sound quality is ok. Samsung should stick to making TV's.
