i have all in one Samsung printer, fax, coppier and scanner and i have been using this toner for years. i love the quality but the price is a little too much however with staples special offers i get good deals in the store i have been a staple customer for more than 12 years and will continue to shop there i like the products, people working and helping and understanding their customer.

Low yield for same price as high yield

This product, MLT-D105S is the same price as MLT-D105L. Both are replacement toner cartridges for the Samsung Laser printer. The difference is that MLT-D105S yields 1500 pages and the MLT-D105L yields 2500 pages, according to their documentation. Both perform well, the S just is not filled with as much toner as the L. Who would buy the S for the same money if this were properly disclosed? At least change the price if this information is not going to be clearly disclosed.

This product is a little more expensive than the refurbished cartridge but I am afraid to try the refurbished. Samsung makes good products. I stick by them.

The D105S runs out of toner much too quickly. If the store carried the D105L I would buy that in the store. If I were to order online, unfortunately, there are cheaper places to buy than this store. The convenience of the store down the street is hard to beat. But I will be ordering online more often, just not from here.

The cartridge was very easy to change, and I encountered no problems whatsoever in doing so. My only negative reaction is to the cost--seems pretty high for the expected life of the cartridge.
