This is a laptop that will give you the best bang for your buck. The graphics are crisp. The keyboard is very nice and the touch pad is more stable than a lot of laptops I have used. The built in battery longevity settings are interesting. And It did not come with an over-abundance of bloatware.

Runs way to hot, heat=bad for electronics. The fan does run constantly but shouldn't have too. The graphics are great and you can play games on low/medium settings, just be careful how long you play. The temperatures just with normal movie making shot up to 76 degrees C, or higher. 86 degrees when playing a game like Batman Arkham Asylum for about 10 minutes. At that rate these units won't last long.
I'm also surprised at the dual screen quality, and the lackluster lighting behind it. Especially since Samsung TVs are the best around. The speed is amazing, probably faster (in some aspects) than the comparable I3 or I5. It is the higher end A6, so that stands to be the reason. It's black and shows finger prints like crazy. The built is good (not great), and the sound is very good. I really wanted to like this computer, but feeling the heat on my lap, then reaching down and it was hot to the touch, i couldn't risk it. It was literally so hot at times, i couldn't hold my hand under it. So be cautious, it's small with a lot of power, that's not always a good thing.

It sounds like you're actually referring to Microsoft Office, the suite of productivity software often confused with Windows 7. Computers these days just come with Microsoft Office Starter, which only has Word and Excel (both of which are missing a bunch of features) and is supported by obnoxious ads saying "buy the full version". You should probably just buy the full version to start with, since you can save money getting it along with the computer.

A:
Windows 7 is the newest Windows operating system and is permanently installed on this computer. It isn't a trial, it's included with the Samsung computer purchase.

Windows 7 comes with Microsoft Office Starter, which is essentially a trial version. To purchase the full version, you may be interested in a product key card.
