Very easy to set up and handle. Not sure how to move around windows 8 completely yet but coming along good. Not hard once you get the basics in. Very fast machine and very happy with everything so far.

I bought this computer two days ago and I immediately realized that the eject button for the disc drive was not working AT ALL. I filled out a service request and then this morning, it was working fine. However, I then found that the computer was not registering the built in camera and after talking to support, I was able to fix the issue. After "refresh"ing and restarting, the eject button stopped working again, but the camera was working fine. I restarted the computer again and it is working fine now. I guess I will give it a few more days to see how that goes. Samsung support has been very helpful, but I really don't want to have to ship this thing to TX (I live in FL) to get it serviced. I love the look of this computer and lusted after it for some time. everything else about it is great besides the slight hassle with the button and the camera. All's well that ends well.

I loved this computer so much that I am buying a second one today for another person in my office. I recommend it to anyone. I like it because it is so fast and the touch screen is so easy to use. It is also perfect for building and viewing presentations which I do on a weekly basis. The graphics are impressive. The sound is adequate but I added external speakers because I like loud music. I was able to set it up in about an hour and Staples provided free training in the store, which was also helpful. The best thing for me is that I can type anything on the windows 8 startup screen and the computer quickly pulls up all the related files so that I can find what I want.

This computer is just awesome! It's perfect for almost anything. I mostly use it for Internet, music, and a couple games here and then , as well as school work. it's already equipped with all USB ports, CD, headphone jacks, etc. the touch scream is very fast very responsive to Multi- touch as well. The camera has very good quality too. I am still learning how to use windows 8 but so far it seems rather easy. I've burned CDs on it already too and they sound incredible. The appearance of it is just beautiful. it's like a small tv just awesome. I would def recommend this product.

The keyboard has been a problem from day one. A firmware update fixed most problems. However, the keys must be fully depressed below the surface of the keyboard platform background before they make contact, resulting in many missing characters and particularly missing spaces.
